Chez Melange is an upscale restaurant and gastropub located in Redondo Beach, California.
It was opened in 1982 by owners Michael Franks and Robert Bell in its original location at the Palos Verdes Inn on Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach.
Chez Melange moved to its current Riviera Village location in 2008 where Bouzy, a gastropub, was also opened in the new building.
