Cherakarottu Korula Jacob

The Right Rev. Cherakarottu Korula Jacob was Bishop of Travancore and Cochin in the mid twentieth century.

Jacob was educated at the University of Madras and ordained in 1915. He was a CMS priest at Melukavu until 1919. For the next twenty years he was Principal of the Cambridge Nicholson Institute at Kottayam. Later he was the Archdeacon of Mavelikkara before his elevation to the Episcopate in 1945.
