Chen Zhuo (陳卓 chén zhuō) was a Chinese astronomer of the 3rd century. He was the royal astronomer of the kingdom of Wu, in the Three Kingdoms period of ancient China.

Chen Zhuo collected the works of earlier astronomers of the Han period and combined them into a single system. His star catalogue listed 1,464 stars in 283 constellations. His work has been lost, but information on his system of constellations survives in Tang period records, notably by Qutan Xida.
