Che Yin Wong, (simplified Chinese: 黄志贤, born 13 May 1959) is a successful businessman and philanthropist from Hong Kong. He is the founder and chairman of Kong Fung International Group, a property conglomerate with interests in properties, hotels, mining and constructions.
Businesses
Wong's real estate development company, Heng Long Property Development Ltd Co., is one of the largest property development companies in China. It currently has a land bank in mainland China of exceeding 20,000,000 square feet (1,900,000 m2) in developable gross floor area.
