Charlie Mills (Charles Edward Mills) born 11 February 1994, is an English screen actor and fashion model. He is best known for his role as Neil in the thriller film "The Waterboatman".

Fashion
Mills started his career in 2011, when he signed under Carole White at London based model agency, Premier Model Management, after winning a supermodel competition run by ShortList and DKNY. Mills went on to have a successful modelling career in London, Paris and Milan. Mills went onto to appear in editorial's for Glamour Magazine, GQ Magazine and Shortlist Magazine, as well as walking for a number of designers during Fashion Week's in London, Milan and New York City.
Charity
In November 2013, Mills was appointed as a celebrity ambassador and mentor for UK based charity, Anti-Bullying Pro. Mills worked with the chairty to educate school chridren on the effects of bullying. In 2015, Mills spoke about the effects of bullying in an interview with charity 'Ditch The Label'.
Acting
In the start of 2015, Mills stopped modelling to focus on his acting career, which kicked off in November 2015, when he started work filming Chris Wright's thriller film, The Waterboatman (2016 film), in which Mills starred as Neil, a failed musician.
Personal Life
Mills grew up in London and Nottinghamshire. He is the eldest son of the late business man, John Mills and business woman and ex model Susan Emma Mills, who co-owns the Childcare Eastmidlands chain, and The Glosscalm Group, both of which Mills owns shares in, the amount of shares is unknown.
Mills is the great-grandson of the third Baron Hillingdon, a co-founder of the Glyn, Mills & Co. bank, founded in 1753. The bank was sold in 1969 to form part of The Royal Bank of Scotland. Mills has 2 brother's, Harry Mills and Jonathan Mills. In 2000, his mother married London businessman, Robert Everist. Mills was educated at school's in Yorkshire and London.
