Name Charles Barnhart | ||
Charles E. Barnhart (January 9, 1922 – June 28, 2007) was the ex-officio Mayor of Albuquerque from 1970–1971, and a member of the Albuquerque City Commission from 1967–1971.
Barnhart was born in Santa Rosa, New Mexico, and graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1944 with a bachelor's degree in engineering, and 1959 with a juris doctor degree in law.
