Charaxes nyikensis, the montane charaxes, is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Malawi and eastern Zambia. The habitat consists of montane forests, riverine forests, scrub forests and Brachystegia woodland.
The larvae feed on Albizia gummifera and Dalbergia lactea.
Taxonomy
