Charaxes diversiforma is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Lomami, Lualaba, Shaba) and north-western Zambia. The habitat consists of evergreen forests.
The larvae feed on Acacia amythethophylla and Amblygonocarpus andongensis.
