Changez Charity is a United Kingdom–based charity organization also known as the Dawn Hastings Foundation.
Founded July 2010 by Alan Piper and Kate Hudson-Hall, Changez is a charity provides "confidential non-judgmental support for people experiencing and suffering feelings of distress, emotional despair or trauma".
Dr Vincent Cable MP is a patron of the charity, which is based in Twickenham, London. The Charity also provides other complementary alternative therapy (CAM).
In January 2011, Catherine Middleton (now The Duchess of Cambridge) expressed interest in possible patronage.
