Ceuthomantis cavernibardus is a species of frog in the Craugastoridae family. It is found on Sierra Tapirapecó, on the border between Venezuela (Amazonas state) and Brazil (Amazonas state). Its natural habitats are montane forests where it lives in small caves under granite boulders. It seems to be one of the most common frogs in its type locality. It occurs in the Parima Tapirapecó National Park.
