Certified Professional Locksmith (CPL) is a trade qualification awarded to members of the Associated Locksmiths of America who have passed the required tests.

This is the third of four designations available from ALOA. It is an advanced level of certification, demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of security aspects. Certified Registered Locksmiths are eligible to test for CPL status. That status is a prerequisite for testing to become a Certified Master Locksmith. The CPL accreditation is proctored by ALOA, as a part of its Proficiency Registration Program (PRP).

In UK body responsible for certification of locksmith industry is Master Locksmiths Association. There are a number of national locksmith companies in the USA & UK, offering customers a huge range of services to their customers.

It is the work of the members of the Associated Locksmiths of America is proving customers was a safe home and work environment.
