Ceres Pasalubong, Incorporated is a producer of pasalubong products and fresh breads. It is part of the EY Group of Companies. It offers a wide range of cakes, breads and local pastries produced in Negros.
The chain was established in 2005 by Emily Yanson, member of the Yanson family, owners of VTI. Its current CEO is Jerina Louise Y. Ramos, daughter of Emily Yanson, a formidable business woman in her own right. Through her hard work, she has brought about modernization and updated the business model to respond to the needs of the market.
Ceres Pasalubong runs its outlets at VTI's bus terminals in Visayas and Mindanao.
