Central Square is an upcoming business district located in central Delhi, India, at Bara Hindu Rao. It is being developed by Purearth Infrastructure Ltd. and promoted by Thakral Holdings Ltd, GuocoLand Limited, and DCM. The business district will be spread over 25 acres (100,000 m2) and will be in close proximity to major commercial centers of the capital such as Connaught Place, Karol Bagh, Chandni Chowk, Sadar Bazaar and Kashmiri Gate. It will consist of four plazas with split-style single floor, 20 feet (6.1 m) high ceilings on the ground floor, expansive contiguous space ranging from 30,000 sq ft (2,800 m2) to 125,000 sq ft (11,600 m2) in each plaza and interplaza connectivity up to 200,000 sq ft (19,000 m2) spread across the four plazas. The plazas will house banks, financial institutions, teaching & Training institutes, consultants, fashion and jewelry designers. There will also be several restaurants, and cafés.

The project started around 2006 by Purearth Infrastructure Ltd has left the shop buyers harassed over excessive delay. This is mid 2013 and many plazas are still not handed over to the buyers. The Builder-Buyer agreement is completely one sided. The builder's representatives Richa Bhatnagar (richa[at]purearth.in) and Sanjeev Vasudevan (sanjeev.vasu[at]purearth.in) are not responsive to the investor's concerns. All the investors have been taken for a ride. Some have resorted to court cases (http://www.indiankanoon.org/doc/92649610/). Also there has been a Facebook page to unite all the buyers (https://www.facebook.com/PurearthCentralSquareInvestorsFight).
