Caulastrocecis interstratella is a moth of the Gelechiidae family. It is found in the southern part of European Russia (southern Ural, Lower Volga, Altai) and central Turkey. The habitat consists of calcareous areas.

The wingspan is 12–14 mm. The forewing ground colour is whitish, with dark brown-tipped scales. The hindwings are pale fuscous.
