Catherine P. Saxton (born 5 July 1941 in England) is a public relations and special events executive with national and international experience and expertise.
Saxton's first event was a Royal Performance for Queen Elizabeth II. Her firm, The Saxton Group, is known for staging fund raisers. She told an interviewer that her proudest accomplishment was the New York Vietnam Veterans Memorial at the behest of Ed Koch.
During her work with the Waldorf-Astoria, The Peninsula and The Plaza Hotels in New York, Ms. Saxton worked with Kings, Presidents, Heads of State and Government, celebrities, socialites, captains of industry, their staffs and security details. Ms. Saxton worked with Donald Trump and Ivana Trump during their marriage, and continues to handle Ivana's publicity today. Ms. Saxton has, over the years, worked on several events for The Prince's Trust, for HRH Prince Charles.
