The Cathedral of Evangelismos in Alexandria, a Greek Orthodox cathedral, was built in "neo-Gothic rather than neo-Byzantine style" in 1844 and dedicated in 1856. It is the seat of the Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Alexandria.
