The fourteenth series of the British medical drama television series Casualty commenced airing in the United Kingdom on BBC One on 18 September 1999 and finished on 25 March 2000. It saw another increase, this time to 30 episodes.

Susan Cookson later returned to Casualty in Series 19 (2004/05) where she played Registrar Maggie Coldwell until the end of Series 22 in (2008)

Ben Keaton makes his first appearance as Spencer in Series 14 in which he is a drunk alcoholic causing mayhem in reception. By the time of Series 15 (2000/01), Spencer has given up the drink and works as a porter in the department until the final episode of Series 16 in (2002) after which he was never seen again.
