Restaurant The Bishop's Buttery of the Cashel Palace Hotel is a restaurant located in Cashel in County Tipperary, Ireland. It is a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in 1982 and 1983. The Egon Ronay Guide awarded the restaurant one star in 1982.

The restaurant is housed in the Cashel Palace Hotel, a four starred hotel. It is built around 1730 in a late Queen Anne/early Georgian-style. Originally it was the residence of the Church of Ireland archbishops, until they moved to Waterford.
