Carposina gonosemana is a moth of the Carposinidae family. It is endemic to New Zealand.

The wingspan is 17–19 mm. The head and thorax are white. The forewings are narrow, the costa gently arched, somewhat bent before the middle and the hindmargin straight. They are white with scattered grey scales. There is a short thick black streak running along the base of the costa, followed by a black dot. The hindwings and cilia are whitish.

The larvae have been recorded feeding on seeds and fruit of Griselinia lucida.
