Carlos Delgado Altieri is a Puerto Rican politician and the current mayor of Isabela. Delgado is affiliated with the Popular Democratic Party (PPD) and has served as mayor since 2001. Obtained a Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Puerto Rico.
