Carl Howard Pforzheimer Jr (1907-1996) was a banker based in New York City. He was senior partner in Carl H. Pforzheimer & Company and benefactor of medicine, education and the arts.

He was the son of financier Carl H. Pforzheimer Sr (1879-1957), who was a founder of the American Stock Exchange, and built up the Carl H. Pforzheimer Collection of Shelley and His Circle, which is now held at New York Public Library.
