Carl's Jr. Canada is the Canadian expansion of the Carl's Jr. brand, currently operating in western Canada with locations in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. The company pulled out of the Ontario market in early 2016.

History

Carl's Jr entered the Canadian market on June 22, 2011 with the opening of their first location in Kelowna, British Columbia.

Former Ontario locations were affiliated with Toronto franchisee 6Points Food Services. At least one Toronto location's lease was terminated after failure to pay rent.

As of May 2015, four locations had opened in the Greater Toronto Area, including two in Toronto that opened in April. They had intended to open 30 locations within six years in the market.

On October 30, 2016, Carl's Jr closed down all of its Okanagan locations, with the exception of the original Kelowna location which would remain open until its closure on November 17, 2016.
