The men's canoe sprint K-4 1,000 metres at the 2015 European Games in Baku took place between 14 and 16 June at Mingachevir.
Competition format
The competition comprised heats, semifinals, and a final round. The top three boats from each heat advanced to final. The other boats in each heats advanced to the semifinal. The top three boats from semifinal advanced to final.
