Canoe Island is an island located at West Pubnico (oldest Acadian village in North America), Nova Scotia, Canada. It lies north of Abbotts Harbour in Lobster Bay, in the North Atlantic Ocean.

The island is 11 acres (4.5 ha) in size and the highest elevation is 40 ft.
