Camp Simpresca is a residential boys and girls camp located in Canada.

Information

It is a camp that is run by the United Church of Canada and is affiliated with Camp Big Canoe, Sparrow lake, and Scugog. It was established in 1949 and annually has around 500 campers. Camp Simpresca is located on the shore of Georgian Bay that is approximately five miles north of Midland in the town of Penetang, Ontario. The organization provides activities that allow the youth to gain environmental awareness. Camp Simpresca is a Christian community for children of varied ages. There are activities at Camp Simpresca that include swimming, canoeing, kayaking, high ropes, hiking, low-ropes, campfires, and special theme days. Camp Simpresca is a summer camp in which both boys and girls can attend, and it is operated by the Simcoe Presbytery of the United Church.
