Cahalan Ó Corcrán, Irish Abbot, died 1001.

Ó Corcrán bore a surname held by two at least two unrelated clans; one was a Brehon family from County Fermanagh, a second were situated in Munster. Cahalan probably belonged to the Fermanagh family, as he was abbot of Devenish Island.

The Annals of the Four Masters record his death, sub anno 1001:

  • Cahalan O'Corcoran, abbot of Devenish, died.
