CREATE Festival (Changing Realities with Art and Technology Explorations) is a creative industries festival held every spring in Downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The festival, which began as the Design, Art + Technology Awards (DATA), has been held annually each spring since 2009. The festival features all genres of art and technology, focusing on the most innovative work of the year. Since 2015, CREATE has taken place at the Three Rivers Arts Festival.

The festival evolved from a grass-roots art and technology exhibition into a multi-day national festival featuring talks, workshops, interactive performances, parties and an awards ceremony. The centerpiece of the festival is the Innovation Salon, an interactive art and technology exhibition.

In 2013, the event hosted a satellite event, Innovation City, in Austin, Texas with Carnegie Mellon Universityat SXSW Interactive.

In 2015, CREATE presented the first national Creative Industries Network Summit bringing together innovators from Zero1 Arts Incubator in Silicon Valley, the Gray Area Foundation for the Arts in San Francisco and the Detroit Creative Corridor Center.

The Andy Warhol Museum, the Carnegie Museum of Art, and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra are festival programming partners.
