CN Haksar was an Indian cricketer who played for Gwalior.
Haksar made a single first-class appearance for the side, during the 1943–44 season, against Delhi. From the lower-middle order, he scored 2 runs in each innings in which he batted. From six overs of bowling, he conceded 25 runs, without taking a wicket.
