CKTC-FM is a low power 50 watt Canadian radio station that broadcasts at 89.9 FM in Red Deer, Alberta. Owned by the Red Deer Visitor & Convention Bureau (a.k.a. Tourism Red Deer), the station broadcasts a tourist information format. The station was given approval by the CRTC on July 29, 2002.

On May 15, 2015, Tourism Red Deer has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for CKTC-FM, the rationale being that, as a low-powered tourist information station, it should not be required to hold a license.
