CIB Unicobas (Confederazione Italiana di Base UNIcobas) or Italian Base Confederation Unicobas is an independent, syndicalist, libertarian socialist union, and part of the Italian rank and file or base union movement. CIB Unicobas was formed in 1991 from the Cobas movement and has a strong presence in the education sector, as well as in the civil service and health sectors.
