Broadcast schedule

Some of CBC TV 8's local programs include Book Talk with Jeff Broomes, Mornin' Barbados every weekday from 6:00 to 8:00 a.m. with Cassandra Crawford & Belle Holder and Time to Sing every Sunday afternoon which is a religious programme and the longest-running local program on air.

The station also shows movies late at night, and soap operas such as The Young and the Restless at 11:30 a.m. and The Bold and the Beautiful at 12:30 p.m.

CBC-TV 8 can also be seen on channel 108 on Multi-Choice TV, the CBC's wireless cable television system. The broadcasting area of the station also reaches the neighbouring islands of Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

The station provides Barbadians with some off-air news and sports updates via social media including Facebook and Twitter. For a time, rebroadcasts of the news and other special programmes were aired on the station's official YouTube channel "CBCBARBADOS", but these are no longer updated with much frequency.
