Cécile Dreesmann (Amsterdam, 13 April 1920 - Soest, 23 April 1994) was a Dutch textile artist. She was a member of the wealthy Dutch Dreesmann family, connected to the Vroom & Dreesmann concern.
She studied at the Royal School of Needlework in London and worked her life on embroidery to develop her own specific style. She preferably used silk and often included precious stones or minerals in her work.
She exhibited in The Netherlands, but also in the United States. She published several books, among others a book about samplers and wrote articles in Embroidery Magazine.
