History

The works for the construction of the first section of Line 5, which includes the station Cà Granda, began in September 2007 and it was opened on 10 February 2013.

Station structure

Cà Granda-Pratocentenaro is an underground station with two tracks in one barrel and, like all the other stations on the M5, is wheelchair accessible. It is part of the urban area of Milan subway. It is located at the intersection of Viale Fulvio Testi and Viale Ca' Granda and has exits also in Via Giuseppe Vidali.
