Bynovec (German: Binsdorf) is a village and municipality (obec) in Děčín District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.35 square kilometres (2.45 sq mi), and has a population of 259 (as at 28 August 2006).
Bynovec lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-east of Děčín, 25 km (16 mi) north-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 83 km (52 mi) north of Prague.
