By Jiminy Ahoy is a children's book by David Scott Daniell. It was first published by the Brockhampton Press in 1963 and later in 1974 by Hodder & Stoughton. It was illustrated by D.G. Valentine. A French translation titled Cricketto dans l'île mystérieuse was published by Hachette in 1965. The translator was Jean Muray and the illustrations for this edition were the work of François Batet.

It is the second book in a series about a plucky boy called Jiminy.

Film and television series

By Jiminy Ahoy was turned into a feature film and television series called Treasure in Malta by Anvil Films for the Children's Film Foundation.
