iMindMap is an all-in-one Mind Mapping, brainstorming and project management software, endorsed by Tony Buzan, the inventor of Mind Mapping.
The desktop application was developed by OpenGenius Ltd, a software and training company founded by Chris Griffiths with offices in the UK, Poland and Japan. iMindMap runs on Microsoft Windows and macOS. The software allows organic and linear Mind Maps, brainstorms and project timelines to be created using a mouse, keyboard, interactive whiteboard or tablet computer.
Paid version - iMindMap 10 (released December 2016) includes the following features: Fast Capture, Brainstorm, Mind Map, Time Map, Presentation and 3D View's, Branch Art, SmartLayout, MultiMaps, Flowcharts, spreadsheets, Map Snippets, adding & exporting audio notes, attaching data (via dragging and dropping), intelligent printing, filtering, integration with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook), Evernote, Google Drive, Dropbox, Apple iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and OpenOffice.org (Writer, Calc, Impress); image and icon library; sketch tool, OPML Import & Export, expand and collapse; focus in and focus out; relationship arrows; boundaries; importation of iMindQ, FreeMind, ConceptDraw, MindGenius, XMind, Novamind, MindManager and Word files; export as web pages, images, PDFs and SVGs, It also supports Mac Sierra and Windows 10. In the newest update, iMindMap 10 (released December, 2016), many new features have been added to the desktop software including the Time Map View, software importers, email and Mind Map Library integration, Tags and Icon Manager.
Subscription version - iMindMap Cloud & Mobile is a subscription package released in March 2012. It includes iMindMap mobile apps for iPhone, iPad, Android Phone and Android Tablet, and an online editor that can be accessed through a web browser, to store and sync Mind Maps between the supported devices.
