Burkevale Protestant Separate School is a Protestant separate school located in Penetanguishene, Ontario. It is the only school in the Penetanguishene Protestant Separate School Board and the only remaining Protestant separate school in Ontario.
The school's original two-storey red brick building was built in 1882, with a later addition added in 1909-1910. The original structures were demolished to construct the current building in June 1965. The school received $3.5 million from the Ontario government in 2016 for renovations and the construction of four new permanent classrooms to replace four portable classrooms in current use.
