The Burgenland state election of 2010 was held in the Austrian state of Burgenland on 30 May 2010. An opinion poll conducted in May 2010 expected the results to be similar to the previous election, with the Social Democratic Party predicted to win 50% of the votes, the Austrian People's Party following with 38% of votes and the Freedom Party and the Greens remaining the smallest parties in the state's legislature with 7% and 5% respectively. The BZÖ didn't take part this election.
