The Edificio del Ministerio de Salud (English: The Building of the Ministry of Health) (originally the Building of the Ministry of Public Works) is located on the Avenida 9 de Julio and Avenida Belgrano, in the neighborhood of Monserrat, in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is a rationalist style building that is 93 meters tall.

It originally housed the Ministry of Public Works, but is now the headquarters of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Development.
On both the north and south walls is a large steel image of María Eva Duarte de Perón, known as Evita. Her official portrait faces the south while the image to the north depicts her giving a passionate speech. The pieces of art were created by the Argentinian artist Marmo.
