Bughda Kandi Rural District (Persian: دهستان بوغداكندئ) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Zanjan County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 8,586, in 2,031 families. The rural district has 14 villages.
