Buddleja davidii 'Windy Hill' is an American cultivar distinguished more by its hardiness than appearance, reputedly able to withstand temperatures as low as - 32° C. 'Windy Hill' was raised from a chance seedling and introduced by Dennis Mareb of the Windy Hill Nursery, Great Barrington, Massachusetts.

'Windy Hill' grows to a typical height of 2.5 m, and bears panicles of purple flowers complemented by slender blue-green leaves.
