Buddleja davidii 'Tovelill' is a little-known cultivar of Scandinavian origin and named for the Norwegian beauty queen Tove Lill Løyte.

Description
'Tovelill' grows to a height and spread of 1.5 × 2 m, distinguished by its long slender panicles of purple flowers, and small, narrow leaves.[1]
Cultivation
The shrub is in cultivation in Europe, notably Denmark and the Netherlands. It has not (2012) been introduced to the UK or USA.
