Buddleja 'Podaras7', selling name Flutterby Flow Mauve Pink, is a sterile hybrid cultivar raised by Peter Podaras whilst at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, and patented in 2011. Mauve Pink was derived from a crossing of the hybrid Buddleja davidii × Buddleja davidii. [1][2]

Description
Flutterby Flow Mauve Pink makes a dwarf shrub with a compact, outwardly-spreading habit. Growing to a maximum height and width of 0.6 × 1.2 m, the shrub bears compound terminal and axillary panicles about 9.7 cm long by 4.5 cm wide, each comprising around 160 faintly fragrant pale purple flowers. The flowers emerge in spring and persist until the first frosts of the fall. The opposite, narrowly elliptic are about 7.4 cm long by 1.2 cm wide, pubescent above and below. [3] [4]
Cultivation
Flutterby Flow Mauve Pink is not known (2012) to be in cultivation beyond the USA. The shrub is reputedly hardy to - 29° C. [5]
