Bucculatrix taeniola is a moth in the Bucculatricidae family. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from California.

The wingspan is about 7 mm. The forewings are irrorated fuscous, with white transverse bands and a white costal triangle at the apex. The hindwings are grey, somewhat irrorated. Adults have been recorded on wing in February and April.

The larvae feed on white sage, which could refer to Salvia apiana or Eurotia lanata.
