Bucculatrix evanescens is a moth in the Bucculatricidae family. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from California.

The wingspan is 5.8–7 mm. The forewings are creamy white with a faint yellowish shade along the basal half of the costa and a small black dot at the end of the cell and a few minute black specks in the cilia. The hindwings are creamy white. Adults have been recorded on wing in April.
