Brzemiona [bʐɛˈmjɔna] (German: Bremin) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lniano, within Świecie County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-east of Lniano, 21 km (13 mi) north-west of Świecie, and 53 km (33 mi) north of Bydgoszcz.
