Bryophryne cophites is a species of frog in the Craugastoridae family. It is endemic to Peru and known only from slopes of the Abra Acanacu pass in the Cusco Region. Its natural habitats are wet puna grasslands and elfin forest. It also occurs in cloud forest but is rare in that habitat.
The species occurs in the ManĂº National Park. Outside the reserve, it is threatened by habitat loss.
