Brunswick Silk Works, Inc.

Brunswick Silk Works, Inc., was a Manhattan, New York company which became insolvent in 1930. It was based at 455 Seventh Avenue (Manhattan) and was an important component in the growing Silk Centre of New York City.

When it became bankrupt in January 1930, the Irving Trust Company was appointed receiver by a judge. The assets of Brunswick Silk Works, Inc., amounted to $31,000, with liabilities totaling approximately $125,000, at the time of its failure.
