Brothers was a 431-ton ship, built in Whitby, England in 1815.

Constructed in 1815, she was repaired in 1823. She transported 89 female convicts, under the command of Charles Motley, from The Downs, England to Sydney departing The Downs on 6 December 1823, sailed via Hobart and landed 50 female convicts and arrived at Sydney on 7 May 1824 with 39 female convicts. No convicts died on the voyage. On her second convict voyage she carried 161 female convicts from Cork, Ireland to Sydney. Under the command of Charles Motley she departed Cork on 3 October 1826 and arrived in Sydney on 2 February 1837. Three convicts died on the voyage.
