The Brooker Subdivision is a railroad line owned by CSX Transportation in the U.S. State of Florida. The line runs from Starke, Florida to Newberry, Florida for a total of 39.6 miles. At its north end it continues south from the Wildwood Subdivision and at its south end it junctions with the West Coast Subdivision.
